Team Overview And Job Responsibilities
We are looking for a Human Resources Manager to lead the talent management strategy at our operations in Mexico. This position is key to ensuring the company has a highly qualified, motivated, and goal-aligned team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing effective programs in personnel administration, organizational development, compensation, well-being, internal communication, and regulatory compliance. Additionally, this person will act as a strategic advisor to management on recruitment, training, performance, compensation, and human capital development.
Required Knowledge
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering
- Specialization in Talent Management or Organizational Development
- 5 to 10 years of experience in similar roles
- Advanced English (mandatory)
- Knowledge of Mexican labor legislation (LFT, IMSS, INFONAVIT)
- Expertise in compensation, organizational climate and culture, organizational design, and internal communication
- Experience managing HR and human capital KPIs
- Experience in payroll, training, and employee well-being
Job Responsibilities
- Lead all talent management processes: personnel administration, development, compensation, well-being, payroll, and internal communication
- Measure and control the effectiveness of HR processes using strategic indicators
- Develop strategies aligned with market best practices
- Coordinate the implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Participate in site leadership meetings to report progress and propose solutions
- Plan, organize, and evaluate departmental actions to meet goals and policies
- Analyze statistics to identify issues and propose improvements
- Maintain updated records on recruitment, turnover, training, and absenteeism
- Ensure competitive salary levels and benefits by position
- Execute salary increases according to schedule and monitor their impact
- Comply with federal, state, and municipal labor regulations
- Promote training in support processes and organizational culture
- Address non-conformities from audits, complaints, or grievances
- Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, TL 9000, 5S’s, LEAN, and Six Sigma systems
Who Are We Looking For?
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering
- Experience: 5 to 10 years in comprehensive HR management in industrial environments
