Position Summary
The Associate Product Support Specialist helps internal teams and customers by providing technical support for gaming-related products, mainly through Salesforce Cases and On-Site support. This entry-level role focuses on learning product details, answering questions, and resolving issues quickly—ideally within the same day. Team members also assist with training and help with more complex problems when needed. The main goal is to ensure customers have an excellent experience through clear communication and fast, helpful support.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrate safe and proper use of hand and power tools.
- Adheres to department and company safety/security policies, procedures and protocols.
- Knowledge of the company and gaming products.
- Effectively prioritizes tasks, thinks proactively, manages multiple responsibilities, and performs well under pressure.
- Exhibits proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Applies problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to resolve technical and procedural issues.
- Communicates clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- Maintains strong relationships with internal and external customers through phone, email, and in-person interactions..
- Demonstrates knowledge of the mechanics and assembly of gaming equipment.
- Builds positive interpersonal relationships and contributes effectively as a collaborative team member.
- Ability to show flexibility in an ever-changing environment and acknowledging urgency when necessary.
- Exercises sound judgment and discretion when handling confidential matters, ensuring integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
- Ability to travel up to 35% for onsite support, including short-notice deployments to customer locations.
- Must be able to acquire and maintain gaming licenses across multiple jurisdictions.
Qualifications
Education/Qualifications:
- High school diploma or higher in a technical field
- Possession of a valid gaming card or eligibility to obtain required jurisdictional licenses
- Must be 21 years of age or older, in compliance with legal requirements
Physical Requirements:
While performing job duties, the employee is routinely required to sit, stand, walk, bend, use hands, and operate a computer. Visual requirements include both close and distance vision, as well as the ability to adjust focus when working with computers and business equipment. Some tasks may involve product maintenance, such as opening and closing machine doors and lifting equipment, including items like roulette wheels.
