It’s the way youth sports should be. Job SummaryThe Basketball Instructor is responsible for overseeing a four-week clinic to instruct players on the fundamentals of the sport. 

We are currently hiring for the following venue:

• Evergreen Middle School in Redmond (8:30am-Noon): 10/4, 10/11, 10/18 & 10/25

Responsibilities 

• Study and enforce i9 Sports rules and safety for all players.
• Instruct players using age-appropriate plans approved by i9 Sports Program Director.
• Direct other instructors to make sure everyone is following the same plans.
• Consistently demonstrate a positive attitude and superior customer service skills

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills (Email, text, verbal, written). Responsiveness is critical.
• Playing or coaching experience is a must.
• Enthusiasm, strong work ethic and trustworthiness.
• Situational awareness, attention to detail and critical thinking.
• Positive attitude with the ability to work independently and as a team.
• Commit to working all four Saturday sessions. (Possible additional opportunity to instruct players on Wednesday nights in November and early December).
• Must be able to pass a National Criminal Background Check.
• Must have reliable transportation and be dependable. We do not tolerate callouts.

Salary range is $27 - $30, DOE Compensation: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
