Senior Accounts Payable Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Accounts Payable (AP) Manager to join our fast-growing accounting team. As a Senior AP Manager, you will be an important contributor to the financial operations of our rapidly growing company. This position reports to Enovix Malaysia Finance Director, responsible for managing AP Shared Service function, providing guidance to AP team, as well as supporting the peers from other functions within the department during the critical time or as and when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Manag AP Shared Service function supporting AP function in Malaysia, US (Head Office) and related groups of companies in other countries.
• Review and approve invoices, and ensure payment within credit term, manage the situation if payment not according to payment term
• Review employee expense claim reports, verify expenses within the company guidelines, correct errors, question abnormal expenses using Concur
• As a backup to process vendor invoices and employee expense claim reports.
• Review and approve journal entries, and perform various month and quarter end close activities as assigned
• Follow up with vendors and internal team to resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
• Maintain vendor accounts while staying in compliance with company policies and procedures
• Reconcile vendor statements and work with Purchasing to resolve discrepancies
• Provide supporting documentation for audits and SOX related to Accounts Payable
• Support year end 1099 filing
• Provide excellent customer service to all stakeholders, including vendors, management, and colleagues
• Adhere to accounting standards and regulations. Ability to efficiently work toward and consistently meet deadlines
• Participate in system enhancements and upgrades in collaboration with Financial Systems team
• Perform special projects and other ad-hoc assignment

Qualifications And Expectation:

• BA/BS degree in Finance / Accounting is preferred
• Minimum 4 years Accounts Payable relevant experience
• Ability to independently solve problems and rectify errors
• Excellent verbal, written communication, and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams
• Flexible, able to work and adapt in a fast-paced work environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, able to pivot direction quickly to keep up with business demand
• Experience with various ERP systems (Microsoft D365 is a plus), and Concur
• Experience in manufacturing industries is a plus
• Multinational Public Listed company experience is a plus
• Knowledge in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
