- Lead the planning, development, and execution of events including PR showcases, consumer-facing activations, and pop-up store events nationwide.
- Build activation concepts that deliver visibility, excitement, and cultural resonance, ensuring brand consistency and strong consumer engagement.
- Oversee venue sourcing, production, creative direction, and event logistics from end to end.
2. Flagship Activation
- Strategize and position the Omotesando Flagship as the ultimate brand destination that creates noise, commercial impact, and community engagement, turning brand heat into sustained momentum.
- Ensure Flagship activations generate halo effects across other retail doors and online (.com).
- Lead social-first activation plans, maximizing consumer visibility and shareability.
- Partner with Global and Regional teams to localize content production, bridging the gap between global assets and Japanese market insights.
3. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with PR, marketing, merchandising, and retail teams to deliver integrated brand activations.
- Manage external agencies, stylists, production partners, and vendors.
- Support the creation of impactful event content (video, photography, social media assets) for PR and marketing amplification.
- Collaborate with PR teams on celebrity and influencer engagement, ensuring strong brand alignment.
5. Pr Activations
- Need to understand all PR scopes for men’s, women’s and kids categories and take proactive initiatives in the areas in order to maximize PR exposure proactively leveraging his/her relationship with media editors, stylists and influencers and build relevancy with target consumer. Following scopes are included.
- Closely working with the PR manager, keep regular contact with media and influencers to ensure that the brand appears in relevant media and editorials of fashion and other categories
- Working with merchandising team, identify key products from seasonal range and target editors to enhance generating exposure of them.
- Sample management
- Track KPIs and event performance, providing insights and recommendations.
- Manage budgets and timelines to deliver high-quality, efficient executions.
