• MD Planning
• Budgeting: Lead and develop annual merchandise plans in accordance with financial budget and brand strategy.
• Pre-season Management: Lead and develop seasonal merchandise plans (OTB) in collaboration with Buying team.
• In-season Management: Monitor and adjust sales / margin / inventory plans and develop action plans on weekly / monthly basis.
• Demand and Inventory Planning for Core: Maintain adequate availability of Core products through rolling inventory forecast and order placement with collaboration with MD buyers
• System and Process Optimization: Lead implementation and optimization of new / existing systems and processes to improve efficiency
• Allocation
• Store Inventory Management: Ensure retail stores across all channels are stocked with right amount of right inventory at the right time to maximize sales, profitability and stock efficiency.
• Model Stock and Initial Allocation: Set up model stock and initial allocation according to overall brand strategy, sales plan, channel, and store rank/cluster
• Replenishment: Plan and execute auto and manual replenishment on daily / weekly basis
• System and Process Optimization: Lead implementation and optimization of new / existing systems and processes to improve efficiency
• Leadership & Collaboration
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of planners and allocators.
• Foster a collaborative environment and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide regular business updates and insights to senior management.
