  • Lead end-to-end corporate recruitment, including executive hiring, and partner with the retail team on store-level and new graduate hiring.
  • Collaborate with business leaders, HRBPs, and global TA teams to design and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, engaging top talent and promoting PVH’s employer value proposition.
  • Develop job specifications and search strategies with hiring managers; build talent pipelines for succession planning.
  • Drive innovative sourcing initiatives across direct sourcing, referrals, social media, and agency partnerships.
  • Ensure compliance with internal hiring protocols and manage visa sponsorship and relocation processes.
  • Own onboarding experience and internal branding initiatives to support employee engagement.
  • Support cross-functional HR projects including recruitment technology, employer branding, and L&D.
  • Provide first-line support for TA-related employee inquiries and ensure a strong candidate experience.
  • Partner with HRBPs to manage headcount planning aligned with EBIT targets and workforce strategy.
  • Actively contribute to HR leadership discussions and support resolution of labor-related matters as needed.
  • Deliver quarterly talent updates and communications in collaboration with the broader HR team.
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects efficiently, maintaining agility in a dynamic environment.
