The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders. This role involves working with various departments, managing teams, and serving as the primary contact for clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned projects, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Manage project execution, ensuring compliance with established standards and practices.
- Identify project risks and develop mitigation plans to address them proactively.
- Provide leadership to project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to clients and management.
- Ensure project documentation is complete, accurate, and maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
- Oversee project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, and billing.
- Facilitate post-project reviews to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- +10 years of experience in a similar role with mechanical background; Knowledge of manufacturing processes; Value Stream Mapping/Quality Control/Inventory Management is a plus
- Business English level (highly required)
- Mechanical Engineering background is a plus
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) is a plus.
