Job Description:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for resolving customer holds.
  • Review and analyze customer hold requests, ensuring a clear understanding of the issue and its impact on the customer.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as collections, sales, customer service, and operations to gather necessary information and resources to resolve customer holds promptly.
  • Investigate and troubleshoot customer hold situations, identifying root causes and implementing preventive measures.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of customer.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of customer hold.
  • Assist in training and mentoring team members involved in the process to effectively handle customer hold situations.
  • Continuously seek out better ways of performing process & supports process improvement initiatives.

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal teams.
  • Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational and documentation abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and work well under pressure, managing multiple customers holds simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • MS-Office (MS Excel – advanced – tables, charts, formulas, pivot tables, MS Outlook, MS Powerpoint),
  • B2/C1 level of English
  • Willing to develop, learn
