Position Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Supply Chain Planning Engineer to join our team. This role is responsible for monitoring site-specific capacity, resolving production constraints, and ensuring balanced supply-demand alignment. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve utilization, optimize throughput, manage WIP levels, and support product/test platform transfers while driving continuous improvement in operational efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • 0–3 years of experience in supply chain planning, capacity planning, or semiconductor operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with knowledge of capacity modeling tools
  • Familiarity with production metrics such as OEE, UPH, and throughput monitoring.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and data analysis tools.
  • Good communication skills in English; able to work in cross-functional and multicultural teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review site-specific capacity (testers, handlers, probers) and resolve constraints using JDA and Supply Health tools.
  • Crosscheck utilization rates of top-running products and drive improvements with production, engineering, and maintenance teams.
  • Address UPH/OEE gaps with IE/OR partners and track issue resolution to completion.
  • Monitor weekly throughput, identify root causes of low output, and ensure timely resolutions.
  • Track weekly WIP levels, report high WIP situations, and drive plans to return to required levels.
  • Track and update schedules for test platform and product transfers in TPS/SCP systems.
  • Review and resolve zero-capacity cells to ensure smooth production flow.
  • Manage load balance across locations and align capacity with business needs.
  • Lead collaboration meetings with cross-functional teams and manage related projects.

Preferred Skill:

  • Experience in semiconductor or electronics manufacturing environment.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Strong project management and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
