Mission Description

  • In our Nairobi Transport Department and reporting to the Fleet Manager.
  • The successful applicant will be responsible for the following key result areas: -
  • 1.Prepare and issue accurate invoices to clients in line with agreed contracts, tariffs, or quotations.
  • 2. Verify billing details against supporting documents (job cards, delivery notes, service records, or contracts).
  • 3. Ensure all invoices are raised and dispatched on time.
  • 4.Follow up with operations and commercial teams to resolve billing discrepancies or missing documentation.
  • 5.Support credit control by providing clients with invoice copies or statements when required.
  • 6.Assist in reconciling customer accounts and reporting outstanding balances.
  • 7.Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (e.g., VAT, withholding tax) in invoicing.
  • 8.Support auditors and management with documentation during audits and reviews.
  • 9.Perform other clerical and finance-related duties as assigned

Profile

1. CPA 1
2. Knowledge of the transport industry's operations
3. 1 year experience working in Transport & Logistics Company or C & F.
