Assistant Director (Coaching + Admin Role)
Soccer Shots Southwest Chicagoland

Pay: $25/hour | Part-Time (up to 25 hrs/wk)
Do you love working with kids and want to grow as a leader? Soccer Shots is looking for an energetic Assistant Director to join our team! This role is a mix of on-field coaching and behind- the-scenes admin work—perfect for someone who enjoys variety and making a difference. What You’ll Do

• Coach kids ages 2–9 in fun, engaging soccer sessions (curriculum & training provided).
• Communicate with parents, schedule classes, and track attendance (admin work is
• done from home).
• Recruit, train, and support new coaches while helping build a positive team culture.
• Grow with us as you take on leadership and program management responsibilities.
• Help with social media, sales, and marketing.

• Experience working with kids (teaching, coaching, childcare, camps, etc.)

• Hours: Up to 25 hours per week (includes coaching & admin)
• Weekday coaching hours vary (based on program needs) but must be consistent each week
• Saturday mornings required during league season
