- Lead the development of dashboards and self-service tools that empower teams to explore, analyze, and act on data.
- Partner with project managers, program leads, and functional leads to drive adoption of new tools and consistent project management approaches across the CGT organization.
- Translate project execution data into actionable insights and forecast projections, supporting timeline optimization and resource planning at both project and portfolio levels.
- Identify and implement integrated, digital and AI-driven tools to increase the efficiency and impact of project management systems.
- Monitor the effectiveness of new tools/processes and lead continuous improvement cycles based on stakeholder feedback and evolving needs.
- Introduce new digital tools to simplify and integrate data across the portfolio and make recommendations for new ways to enhance/optimize existing project management software solutions
Qualifications
- Experience developing and implementing project reporting tools, dashboards, or digital PM systems in a complex, matrixed organization.
- Proficient in project management platforms (e.g., Smartsheet, MS Project, Planisware) and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Comfort with exploring and integrating digital or AI technologies into project planning and reporting workflows.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and influence across functional lines.
- Ability to work both strategically and tactically, independently and collaboratively, in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- PMP certification or advanced project management training a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or business-related discipline required.
- Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or biologics industry.
- Demonstrated understanding of CMC development and manufacturing processes preferred.
