Who we are looking for

Outsource Client Service Manager, Assistant Vice President you will be expected to lead a small team responsible for ensuring high quality service delivery and will be responsible for client quality assurance and managing the KPI reporting process cycle.

  • Responsible for client satisfaction for customer’s evaluation and feedbacks to keep/expand business.
  • Responsible for client deliverables and service enhancement. Understand client needs and suggest improved service model.
  • Provide Outsourcing Clients with the primary window for various queries/ requests such as new launches, fund closure, change requests, regulatory requirements, system capability, process improvements, as well as System Access requests and issues (e.g., MySS), issues and incidents by coordinating with the relevant internal stakeholders, and SMEs.
  • Manage and run the KPI Service Review cycle including the relevant document preparation at all phases including oversight of multiple production teams.
  • Support the Relationship Manager for his/her running Joint Steering Committee with Outsourcing Clients and Internal Global Client metrics and analysis and business development.
  • Manage client expectations with identifying clients goal and needs.
  • Responsible for customer’s escalation with dealing with team members and operation teams and provide solution. Demonstrate changes brought about to meet client requirement and satisfaction
  • Co-work with GD operation teams and create frameworks to provide enhanced services to Outsourcing clients. Create strong relationship with operation teams including outside of Japan.
  • Closely work with Sales and Relationship management about expanding current business and obtain new business to meet Sales and Relationship management budget.
  • Responsible for Outsource client services related projects owned by both Japan and global.
  • Demonstrate progress on leadership priorities: Develop Talent, Inspire Trust and Confidence and Encourage Professional Challenge

  • Experience in the financial services industry at least over 7 years.

  • Business level Japanese and English language skills
