To enhance our Operational Excellence department at our Vienna site, we are seeking a dedicated Corporate Operational Excellence Implementation & Training Lead (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible on a full-time basis

.

In this role you will be responsible for driving operational excellence initiatives worldwide by implementing best-in-class practices, building capability through training, and embedding a culture of continuous improvement. You will ensure alignment with global strategy, deliver measurable business impact through Lean Six Sigma and digital tools, and partner with stakeholders across regions to sustain performance and accelerate transformation.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage AGRANA’s Operational Excellence and Digitalization program, ensuring alignment with strategic deployment.
  • Design, implement, and sustain the Performance Management System / Management Operating System (MOS) to enable consistent reviews, accountability, and leadership engagement after benchmarking with AGRANA’s current tools (SIMPAC).
  • Track and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and performance measures (leading and lagging indicators) across all AGRANA divisions.
  • Collaborate with IT to develop and maintain interactive dashboards (e.g., Power BI) for data collection, visualization, and actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with global stakeholders, consultants, and cross-functional teams to strengthen operational excellence practices
  • Facilitate workshops, training, and coaching sessions to embed a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Apply Lean Six Sigma, problem-solving, RCA, FMEA, and other methodologies to deliver measurable improvements.
  • Review monthly performance to ensure process improvement projects deliver projected benefits.
  • Standardize support processes and documentation to ensure sustainability.
  • Support the design and rollout of global standards and best practices in performance management.
  • Partner with HR to develop structured training programs and build internal capability.
  • Drive adoption of digital tools and analytics to enhance performance visibility and decision-making.

Your Profile

  • Completed higher education, e.g., degree in Engineering or Business Administration, ideally with 8–10 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Certified/trained Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Master Black Belt.
  • Extensive experience in Continuous Improvement within Manufacturing (preferably Food industry).
  • Knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and performance analysis.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and facilitation skills.
  • Expertise in Power BI (DAX, data modeling, visualization) and strong data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey insights effectively.
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken; German preferred.

  • Our attractive remuneration is based on current market salaries. You can expect an annual gross salary starting at EUR 70,000,- all in, whereby we are open to overpayment in the case of corresponding qualifications and experience.
