EOI - Mobile Plant Operator - Allrounders

We’re calling for experienced Mobile Plant Operators to join our pipeline of talent in Karratha and across the Pilbara. As a well-established business with a strong team culture, we’re looking for operators who are motivated, detail-driven, and open to working across a variety of civil construction projects where their skills are needed.

What You Will Need:

• Minimum: Valid C Class Licence, Roller, Loader, Skid Steer, Excavator, Articulated Dump Truck.
• Preferred: HR+ Licence, above tickets and Grader and Dozer ticket.
• Desirable: all of the above with Final Trim experience.

You will also need to demonstrate the following:

• Ability to present fit for work at all times. You will need to pass a DAS and pre-employment medical.
• Adhere to Company and site safety standards.
• Must have experience in Civil Construction or Earthworks.
• Strong team-work and communication skills.
• Already completed Rio Tinto Inductions will be very well regarded.
