About Us:
At Fitness Passport, we are driven by a clear purpose — to make fitness more accessible, so more people can lead active and healthier lives. Established in 2006, we’re a corporate health and fitness program partnering with the public sector, corporate employers, and leading fitness facilities across Australia and New Zealand, providing members with access to a wide range of gyms and wellness resources.
As we enter an exciting new phase of growth, Fitness Passport is executing an ambitious strategy while keeping our member experience a top priority.
The Role:
Are you passionate about data accuracy, customer service, and building strong partnerships? Join our Network Development Team as a Network Compliance Coordinator!

What You Will Be Doing:
- Conduct proactive and reactive monthly reviews and audits of facility visitations, ensuring compliance and minimal disruption.
- Communicate with members and facility staff to confirm visit data and resolve discrepancies.
- Provide first-class customer service to facility suppliers, strengthening relationships and exemplifying our core values: collaboration, growth, respect, integrity, and wellbeing.
- Maintain positive supplier/channel relationships with facility providers at an operational level to ensure ongoing high availability of a quality product offering and visitation records
- Assist with member audits to ensure members are eligible as per member terms and conditions and are not using facilities when invalid
- Identify, document, and improve key processes for internal staff and facilities.
- Maintain accurate records in relevant systems, track audit outcomes, and deliver timely reports.
- Assess risks related to visit capture and audit outcomes.
About You:
- Strong data analysis skills and a keen eye for detail
- Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and relationship management abilities.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly organised, able to plan and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter with proven ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Experience with CRM databases, MS Office Suite, and Adobe is highly desirable.
- Previous customer service experience required.
- Problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience or knowledge of the fitness industry and/or membership-based organisations is a plus.
