Job Summary:
The Talent Acquisition team plays a critical role in ensuring we have the right people at the right time to deliver on our business objectives by identifying, attracting, assessing, and bringing aboard top talent within the organization. The Talent Acquisition Partner will be responsible for driving the recruitment strategy across the business and working closely with hiring managers to identify their needs and provide innovative solutions to address them. This role requires someone who is strategic, proactive, collaborative, and has a passion for driving positive change through the power of people.
Job Responsibilities:
• Partner with key stakeholders including HRBPs, senior leadership, and hiring managers to understand their needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to meet those needs.
• Develop and implement comprehensive recruitment plans aligned with organizational goals and objectives.
• Identify and source potential candidates using various channels such as LinkedIn, internal networks, and professional associations.
• Manage full lifecycle recruitment process including requisition intake, sourcing, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, coordinating assessments, and making offers.
• Conduct thorough reference checks and background screenings to ensure successful candidate selection.
• Negotiate salary and benefits packages to secure top talent.
• Ensure compliance with all recruitment processes and procedures while maintaining a high level of customer service.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to continuously improve recruitment methods.
Job Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in progressive recruitment roles within a corporate environment.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing creative recruitment strategies that drive results.
• Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring practices.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) and ability to build relationships quickly.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and applicant tracking systems.
• Experience with social media platforms for recruitment purposes.
• Certification in Professional Recruiter (PRINCE) or other relevant certifications are a plus.
