2026 Summer Intern - Customer Development Intern (Marketing/Business Majors)

Are you ready to put your classroom knowledge into action and gain hands-on experience in business and data analysis? Join us at Kemps Home Office in St. Louis Park, MN as a Customer Development Intern for Summer 2026! This part-time internship is designed for Marketing and Business majors who want to explore the world of customer development, sharpen their analytical skills, and learn how data drives smart business decisions—all while working alongside a supportive team of professionals. 

What you will be working on:

• Customer sell sheets
• Industry trend reports
• Create/update product catalogs – warehouse & DSD (Direct Store Delivery)
• Category reviews for regional and national accounts
• Competitive or product deep dives
• Retail ride along with sales rep/help on category re-set at a store
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Junior/Senior status students currently enrolled in an undergraduate program pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Sales Management, Business Management or Marketing Management.
• Local candidates preferred.
