Job Description: As a Benefits Full Analyst at Fiserv, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our employee benefits programs. You will be responsible for developing, implementing, and assessing benefits initiatives that align with our commitment to our people. This role involves analyzing benefit data, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and working closely with internal stakeholders to enhance the overall employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate, design, and administer employee benefits programs
• Analyze benefits data and provide reports to support decision-making
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate benefits administration
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to enhance benefits offerings
• Implement and oversee benefits communication strategies to engage employees
