Onboard is the first platform to negotiate, deploy, support, and manage property technologies (Proptech) such as internet, video streaming, smart locks, and more—across integrated apps for residents, site teams, owners, and service providers.

We’re looking for a Project Manager to plan and execute key enterprise-level client projects. You’ll act as the bridge between our clients and internal teams, ensuring every project is delivered with clarity, efficiency, and accountability.

Qualifications

What You’Ll Bring

• 2–3 years of project management experience, preferably in a SaaS, startup, or service delivery environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with comfort presenting to both internal and external stakeholders
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects while remaining detail-oriented and organized
• Familiarity with project management tools (Asana, Smartsheet, Jira, etc.)

A Proactive Mindset With Strong Accountability, Resourcefulness, And The Ability To Work Independently

What You’Ll Own

• Develop project scope, objectives, timelines, and fulfillment plans
• Coordinate day-to-day project activities with internal teams and vendors
• Serve as a client-facing representative, managing communication and setting clear expectations
• Provide regular project updates and escalate risks or blockers early
• Track project performance using defined KPIs and report outcomes

Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including decision rationale and approvals

Nice To Have

• Experience working in a PMO structure
• Previous experience managing client-facing technology or implementation projects
