Location: Bangna Corporate Office, Thailand

Reports to: Senior Manager, FP&A – ASEAN

Make a difference as Senior Financial Analyst
As Senior Financial Analyst, you will provide financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis to support business decision-making across ASEAN. You will act as a Finance Business Partner, delivering insights that drive performance, improve efficiency, and support strategic growth while ensuring compliance with corporate policies.

What You Will Do :

• Review and analyze financial statements and KPI performance reports
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and monthly closing activities
• Partner with business leaders to provide financial analysis and decision-making support
• Build financial models and projections to support planning processes
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews with financial reporting and insights
• Collaborate with sales and market teams on price decisions and financial evaluations
• Lead and support finance-led process improvement initiatives and special projects

What You Will Bring :

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 5–8 years of total work experience, with at least 3 years in FP&A (including costing and controllership)
• Minimum 3 years of finance experience in a manufacturing environment
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken, with ability to communicate in an MNC environment
• Experience in SAP, BW, or BPC consolidation tools is an advantage
