- And you’ll continuously improve how we work—because we’re always learning.
- Handle the backlog - keeping it focused, current, and aligned to what matters most.
- Bring people together, ensuring we’re building the right things, for the right reasons.
- Lead agile ceremonies and help teams stay on track without getting bogged down.
Candidate Profile / Key Skills:

- Cross-Functional Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement - Strong ability to align diverse teams and collaborators around shared goals, ensuring clarity and purpose in product development and delivery.
- Data-Driven Decision Making - Experience using metrics such as SLAs, ticket flow, and throughput to guide product decisions, identify bottlenecks, and improve operational efficiency.
- Communication & Change Management - Excellent written and verbal communication skills to craft clear updates, announcements, and documentation that keep teams and users informed and engaged.
- Observability & AIOps Domain Knowledge - Familiarity with observability and AIOps concepts, with the ability to translate technical needs into actionable product strategies.
