Job Description
We Are Seeking A Manager To Lead The Customer Pulse Initiative And Enhance Our Integrated Commercial Planning, Ensuring Partner Satisfaction And Driving Operational Excellence Across The Lego® Group Globally!
Core Responsibilities
- Own and drive the global Customer Pulse process, which is the LEGO Group’s external partner satisfaction survey.
- Ensure strong governance around Customer Pulse, including proposing annual targets.
- Conduct analysis and produce clear materials to highlight Customer Pulse findings, driving awareness across the business.
- Optimize and ensure the smooth running of the Global Integrated Commercial Planning (ICP) process to drive efficiency and simplification.
- Drive ongoing enhancement and management of a Digital ICP Tool in collaboration with the Digital Product Team, including the introduction of more predictive and automated planning.
- Support the ICP process in collaboration with the team, including the consolidation of regional inputs and accompanying analysis.
Please note that work location is in either our Copenhagen HUB or our vibrant LEGO Campus in Billund. No relocation assistance is offered for this role.

The Commercial Planning Management department is part of our Global Commercial Development function. We collaborate with global stakeholders in marketing, product development, and finance to establish annual plans, which we then implement across regional and local markets, key accounts, and our D2C LEGO Retail business. We continuously monitor commercial performance against these plans, coordinate corrective actions, activate response strategies, and assess customer satisfaction through regular Customer Pulse surveys.
Acting as a vital link, we connect various subject matter experts in performance marketing, revenue management, pricing, portfolio deployment, and channel & sales management.
Do you have what it takes?
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field of education, and proven track record in commercial, financial, or planning roles from sophisticated global matrix organization, together with proven expertise in setting up sales processes and governance practices.
To be successful in this role, we expect you to demonstrate:
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in diligent process design and execution.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to create clear and concise materials.
- Ability to navigate and manage relationships within a complex matrix organization.
- Commercially savvy and thriving in new or ambiguous situations.
- Nice to have: Understanding of qualitative and quantitative research, particularly in the context of surveys.
