Core Responsibilities

In this role, you will support our Accounts Payable (AP) function and help reimagine the way we work by driving automation, efficiency, and touchless invoice processing. You will also:

• Support the touchless agenda by reducing manual work and improving automation across AP processes.
• Dive deep into invoices and workflows to find opportunities, resolve issues, and use data to drive improvements.
• Act as a tools champion, collaborating with Business Process Improvement (BPI) and Finance teams to test and implement new solutions.
• Partner closely with Procurement, Finance, and other partners to deliver impactful projects and continuous improvements.
• Think creatively and challenge the status quo to shape smarter, faster, and more efficient ways of working.

This position is located in Prague - Jinonice, and no relocation assistance is offered for this role

You will join the Business Service Operations (BSO) organization, a shared service organization that powers Employee and Finance support across the LEGO® Group.

Do you have what it takes?

• Proven background in Accounts Payable or related finance processes.
• Passion for automation and touchless invoice processing.
• Tech-savvy approach with familiarity in S4HANA, SAP, BI tools, or other digital platforms.
• Taking initiative and ready to share and implement new ideas at all times.
• A true teammate with strong collaboration skills and the drive to make a real impact.

What would be an advantage

• Experience working with SAP S/4HANA
• Familiarity with BI reporting tools
