Role Profile
Reporting to the Employee Services Lead within People Services & Solutions. Responsible for supporting people services globally across LSEG and will involve day-to-day HR administration for countries and entities in scope. Delivers excellence in HR administration and services, resolve queries and provides information and systems administration support to employees.
Responsibilities
- Act as the first point of contact for colleagues on HR policies, processes, and procedures via ServiceNow (case management tool), triaging cases to relevant expert groups as needed and ensuring all queries are responded to accurately and within defined SLAs.
- Support people leaders and colleagues on aspects of the employee life cycle including onboarding, leave of absence, and offboarding.
- Guide people leaders, colleagues, and the People Function community on navigation and use of LSEG’s HRIS and promote self-service.
- Maintain accurate employee records and support compliance with data protection legislation.
- Execute hire-to-retire processes for multiple locations including onboarding, transfers, data changes, internal hires, compensation changes, leavers, secondments, learning and development, and time off.
- Uphold confidentiality and integrity in handling sensitive colleague information.
- Provide employment references for current, former, and prospective employees.
- Liaise with Payroll teams to ensure joiners, changes, and leavers are processed in line with payroll cut-off dates.
- Additional activities as required from time to time.
Qualification And Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Human Resource Management or related field.
- 0–2 years of HR or consultative experience, ideally in HR Systems, HR Operations, or Employee Services.
- Strong attention to detail and process orientation with excellent follow-through and communication skills.
- Exposure to Workday and ServiceNow is desirable.
- Basic understanding of HR policies and procedures, with a willingness to learn and provide advice on transactional HR issues.
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment and work independently while adhering to defined processes.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
- Basic understanding in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
- Flexibility to multitask and manage high volumes of work during peak HR activity periods.
- Client-focused, solutions-oriented mindset with a willingness to innovate and learn.
