About The Role:

Drive insights and commercial performance across the business

We’re seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to lead budgeting, forecasting and business partnering. You’ll use fit-for-purpose analytics to generate insights that inform business decisions and drive performance.

Location: Remote (Sydney) with future move to Sydney office, or based in Griffith, NSW

What You’Ll Bring:

• ~5 years’ experience in financial analysis
• Accounting or Finance qualification
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Commercial orientation and ability to influence business decisions
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting and financial modelling
• Strong working knowledge of ERP systems
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Operations (F&O) highly regarded
• Ability to communicate and present financial results, insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
• A proactive mindset and a drive to turn analysis into action
