Education And Experience Required:
High School Diploma/GED and three (3) years of customer service experience.
Certifications, Licenses, Or Registration Required:
Heartsaver – CPR from American Heart Association required post-hire within 90 days.
Preferred Qualifications:
Healthcare Experience Preferred.

Responsibilities
- Supervises and coordinates the work activities of assigned personnel to include work allocation, scheduling, training, evaluation, and problem resolution.
- Provides optimal customer service. Good communications and interpersonal skills. Able to communicate clearly and concisely.
- Provides a streamlined transport process. Promotes interpersonal communication with other departments. Serves as a liaison to other departments; transports patients as needed.
- Recommends and implements upon approval changes to improve operational effectiveness; promotes continuous improvement in workplace safety and environmental practices.
- Good organization and time management skills; ability to prioritize tasks. Able to establish and maintain effective, cooperative working relationships with patients and staff. Able to make sound decisions.
- Monitors expenditures and implements measures to facilitate workflow and increase productivity. Maximize the utilization of space and resources.
- Implements and ensures compliance with department policies and procedures.
