The Role

CCSG operates across Insurance, Asset Finance and Banking and Finance sectors. This is an incredible opportunity to join a dynamic team responsible for managing credit accounts for our clients.

We are seeking a highly motivated Learning and Development Lead to join our team. The Learning and Development Lead will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our debt collection and legal teams. Your primary goal is to foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth, ensuring that all employees are equipped with the necessary tools and expertise to excel in their roles.

You will be required in the office 2-3 days per week.

Responsibilities

Here’s an example of your day to day:

• Design and deliver engaging training programs and workshops;
• Identify skill gaps, provide guidance, and support employee development;
• Utilise digital training tools and platforms effectively;
• Strong organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills;
• Analyse training effectiveness and adjust programs accordingly;
• Creative in developing new training methods and solutions;
• Knowledge of industry codes, compliance requirements, and insurance practices.
