Essential Responsibilities
Provide continual inter-departmental communications to enhance Tax Coe effectiveness in dealing with critical Client or Region service issues.
Understanding of CSAT NPS/ TNPS
Minimum 7 years of leadership experience and overall 13 + years of experience
Demonstrates leadership skills that support the organizational goals, values and mission through effective, frequent communication with on-shore operations to ensure consistent process, procedures and service levels are delivered.
Establishes department and individual goals and objectives to develop a cohesive, responsive, and responsible department. Communicates progress through department meetings and performance reporting and planning.
Ability to consistently motivate and improve the overall associate experience
Maintain a high level of knowledge and proficiency in Tax process
Create/maintain a positive learning environment that supports associate growth
The ability to collaborate and work in a team environment as well as work independently and make sound decisions
Review all procedural alerts and provide updates/instructions to the organization and act as a technical resource for the department.
Create Transition Methodology and ensure work transition happens effectively and seamlessly as per timelines
Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission -- specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning
Mandatory Skill Sets/Experience
Graduate or Post Graduate (MBA) Overall at least 13 yrs. of experience in BPO/ITES with at least 3 yrs. in handling People Leaders/Team Leaders/Asst. Managers
Excellent Oral, written Communication Skills and Interpersonal Skills
Proven skills in leading and coaching people
Proven Skills in working with Product / Six Sigma
Leadership Skills/ Problem Solving Skills
Effective in leading and managing change
Customer and client service orientation
Experience in handling multiple processes
Good Excel / Power Point / Word skills
Good Multitasking , prioritization, time management skills
Ability to communicate both upward and downward with in organization as well as ability to communicate across the functions and organization
Ability to provide Subject matter expertise and develop front line leadership / resources in the work being managed
