ADP is hiring a Benefits Analyst.

As a Benefits Analyst, you’ll work with our Total Rewards team to analyze benefit trends and utilization, manage vendor invoicing, develop communications, and support program awareness and participation.

What You’Ll Do:
Here’s what you can expect on a typical day:
- Utilize data analytics to assess and drive continuous health improvement.
- Track and manage the timely payment of invoices for all insurance carriers and benefit vendors.
- Collaborate with internal communications, benefit partners, and on-site Health & Wellness Center staff to educate and promote awareness of and participation in wellbeing programs.
- Assist with benefit audits and regulatory compliance matters.
- Handle associate benefit escalations and appeals.
- Support in developing and executing the Health and Wellness strategy.
- Maintain internal portal pages and Sharepoint/ADP Works pages.
TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE: Required Qualifications
- You have 3-5 years of experience in relevant skills gained and developed in the same or similar role.
- Experience in benefits analysis.
- Demonstrated experience with data analytics and strong Excel skills.
- Excellent writing skills and experience working with stakeholders to create written communications.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a proven ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and creatively.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task, set priorities, follow up quickly, manage multiple deadlines, oversee projects, influence without authority, and drive for desired results.
