Saltire Infrastructure is looking for a dedicated Talent Acquisition Partner!
You will play a key role in shaping our teams across all Saltire entities. Networking, attracting, sourcing, and securing top talent to supporting Saltire in providing innovative technology solutions and delivering vital water infrastructure projects across Western Australia. This is a newly introduced position within our business, initially offered on a temporary contract with the potential to become permanent. The role will be based at our O'Connor office and will require working Monday to Friday.

Position Summary
The Talent Acquisition Partner manages end-to-end recruitment across the Saltire Group reporting through to the Human Resources Manager. You will oversee recruitment for various roles, including technical, field-based, corporate, and leadership positions, ensuring Saltire attracts and retains top talent to drive company growth. Collaborating closely with hiring managers and stakeholders, you will implement effective recruitment strategies, all while upholding the company's culture and values.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Sourcing: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job design, advertising, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
- Talent Pipelining: Build and maintain strong candidate networks for immediate and future workforce needs.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and deliver timely, effective recruitment outcomes.
- Employer Branding: Represent Saltire as an employer of choice through engaging candidate experiences and market presence.
- Compliance & Reporting: Ensure recruitment processes comply with employment laws and internal policies. Provide metrics and insights to optimise hiring outcomes.
- Collaboration: Work with the HR team on workforce planning and retention strategies.
- Proactive Sourcing: Minimise reliance on external recruitment agencies by headhunting, leveraging social media, and driving employee referral programs.
Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in-house or agency, ideally supporting technical industries (infrastructure, construction, engineering, or utilities).
- Strong sourcing capabilities with experience using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ATS platforms (Employment Hero).
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and influencing skills across all organisational levels.
- Familiarity with WA labour markets, award interpretation, and employment law is desirable.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Commitment to confidentiality and ethical recruitment practices.
- Data-driven approach: track recruitment metrics, meet KPIs, and continuously optimise recruitment strategies.
