About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Technical Architect to join our Consulting team. In this pivotal role, you’ll design, govern, and optimise technical architecture for D365 FSCM programs—ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and high-performing.

Acting as a trusted advisor, you’ll lead technical workshops, define integration and data strategies, oversee DevOps and environment management, and guide projects through build, test, cutover, and post-go-live optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the D365 FSCM technical architecture (integrations, data, security, environments, performance).
• Lead technical workshops to capture integration, reporting, and platform requirements.
• Govern technical design deliverables, including solution architecture, integration specs, and security models.
• Oversee ALM/DevOps (Azure DevOps CI/CD, branching, automated releases, governance).
• Manage environment strategy, performance monitoring, and telemetry.
• Direct integration patterns (REST/OData, Logic Apps, Azure Functions, Service Bus, etc.).
• Lead data migration strategies and cutover planning.
• Ensure compliance with security and audit requirements.
• Mentor developers and guide technical delivery best practices.
• Contribute to pre-sales activities and technical roadmaps.

What We’re Looking For

• 7+ years in ERP technical roles, with 4+ years in D365 FSCM (F&O/AX) architecture and delivery.
• Strong background in integrations, data migration, reporting, and environment management.
• Proven leadership in ALM/DevOps, automated deployments, and release governance.
• Expertise in Azure and Power Platform technologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Calm, pragmatic problem-solver who thrives under pressure.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
• Microsoft certifications (MB-500, MB-300, AZ-305/Architect, or equivalent) highly regarded.
