Your Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Supervisor to lead and inspire our manufacturing team at our Shepparton site. This pivotal role is responsible for driving a culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence across all production areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) regulations and standards.
• Ensure products meet quality specifications and standards.
• Monitor daily production targets and support Team Leaders in achieving KPIs.
• Drive CI initiatives to improve output, reduce waste, and enhance efficiency.
• Manage labour schedules, overtime approvals, and leave planning to meet budget targets.
• Collaborate with Planning, QA, and Maintenance to ensure smooth operations.

Skills & Experience

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a leadership role within FMCG manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of production processes and safety standards.
• Formal Lean/Continuous Improvement certification.
• Experience with GMP/HACCP standards.
• Hands-on leadership style with mechanical aptitude.
• Excellent communication, coaching, and problem-solving skills.
