Associate Full-Stack Developer

The Associate Full-Stack Developer supports the development of web applications across both front-end and back-end layers. With working knowledge of Java and modern front-end frameworks like Angular or React, this role focuses on learning best practices, contributing to feature development, and collaborating with senior developers and cross-functional teams. Awareness of UI/UX principles and interest in emerging technologies like AI are considered beneficial. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in building responsive front-end interfaces using Angular or React 
• Implement basic UI components following design guidelines and accessibility standards 
• Support the development of back-end services and application logic using Java, including testing activities 
• Participate in planning sessions and code reviews 
• Collaborate with team members to deliver integrated solutions 
• Contribute to documentation and learn development workflows 
• Follow coding standards and continuously improve through feedback and mentorship 

Required Qualifications:

• Basic experience or academic background in Java and front-end frameworks (Angular or React) 
• Understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and TypeScript 
• Familiarity with component libraries or design systems (e.g., Material Design, PrimeNG, Lit, Tailwind) 
• Familiarity with state management libraries (e.g., NgRx, Redux) 
• Awareness of UI/UX design principles and responsive design 
• Basic knowledge of Git and version control workflows 
• Willingness to learn and strong communication skills in English 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Basic experience in full-stack projects or internships 
• Familiarity with agile development practices 
• Interest in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) or container tools (e.g., Docker) 
• Curiosity about AI technologies and their application in software
