My name is Claes Cegrell, and I lead the IT Architecture & Roadmaps team at Telia Sweden. We’re a forward-thinking group of expert enterprise & solution architects working in an end-to-end business and IT context. A team dedicated to bridging the gap between business strategy and technology realization - designing IT architectures that drive modernization, simplicity and innovation, supporting Telia’s digital transformation and AI journey.

We are now looking for a Solution Architect to join our team - someone who’s eager to collaborate across the organization, working close with our business stakeholder and translate our business needs into robust technology requirements, and craft scalable, future-proof solutions that deliver measurable outcomes. As a Solution Architect, you’ll…

Lead the design and implementation of scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions that directly support our business objectives and IT strategy. You’ll translate complex business needs into robust technical requirements, design optimal IT architectures, select the right solution technologies, and ensure seamless integration across platforms.

In Telia we follow SAFe agile ways of working. As a Lead Solution Architect, you’ll take ownership of analysis and design work in close collaboration with business and delivery stakeholders across the organization. You’ll also play a proactive role by identifying architectural challenges and proposing strategic evolutions to our target architecture and vendor landscape. With a continuous improvement mindset, you’ll monitor the effectiveness of our solutions and recommend adjustments to keep us aligned with Telia’s long-term goals.

We’re looking for a strategic thinker with strong business acumen and a passion for solving complex technical challenges and getting things done. You communicate clearly, collaborate across diverse teams, and bring a resilient mindset to evolving technologies and shifting priorities. You take ownership, learn from experience, and foster innovation by encouraging new ideas and better ways of working.

You have deep experience in telecom IT domains such as OSS, BSS, and Core Networks, and a proven track record in enterprise architecture, solution integration, and SAFe agile methodologies. You’ve led technical teams, navigated governance processes, and managed software product lifecycles in large enterprise environments.

You thrive on collaboration, actively engaging stakeholders to align solutions with business goals and IT strategy. You share knowledge across teams and help shape a culture of learning and modernization.
