Sr. Equipment Maintenance Engineer

Manages a medium-sized production team daily to meet goals for output, cost, and quality. Helps improve processes and procedures. Organizes work schedules, staffing, and training to boost productivity. Gives feedback for team performance reviews.

About The Job:

• Supervises daily production team activities and monitors productivity, responsible for team results. Trains new members on processes.
• Identifies improvement areas and suggests process enhancements, including OEE, yield, quality, Pokayoke, and machine design issues.
• Supports the team with complex problems and acts as an escalation contact.
• Leads coaching and technician skill development programs.
• Set up and regularly review equipment maintenance, including preventive plans, spare parts management, tool design, cost-saving sourcing, and timely calibration.
• Drives capacity and cycle time improvements.
• Creates work instructions, checklists, and control charts as needed.
• Conducts training and oversees maintenance activities for technicians.

About You:

• Graduate of Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering particularly Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics and Computer, license Engineer would be added advantage
• 8+ years of work experience in an electronics, semiconductor and automotive manufacturing company
• Knowledge in automation, autocad and PLC would be an added advantages
• Good English oral and written communication skills
• Well verse in Microsoft Office
