Responsibilties

• Manage consumables inside sales activities, including handling inquiries, preparing quotations, and processing orders
• Communicate proactively with distributors and direct customers by providing timely updates on order status, pricing, and product availability
• Generate and qualify prospective customers through cold calling, and follow up with sales leads
• Collaborate with the Consumables Sales Leader and Service Team to build strong customer relationships, drive sales, and promote consumable products to maximize revenue
• Support revenue growth by identifying and pursuing opportunities for upselling and cross-selling consumables

Basic Qualifications

• Degree in Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline
• 2–3 years of experience in laboratory technical sales-service; industry sales experience preferred
• Ability to multitask and follow through with customers by organizing daily jobs effectively
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Strong persuasion skills and effective communication abilities
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications; hands-on experience with SAP is an advantage
• A team player who is also able to work independently with minimal supervision
