Position Summary

The Product Analyst – Consulting Level will be part of our team in Nashville, TN. The Consultant Product Analyst is a subject matter expert in Manhattan Products. Acting as a trusted advisor to business owners while communicating effectively across IT and business groups.

Responsibilities?

• This role is responsible for leading complex IT-based Manhattan implementations from start to finish (design, data gathering, configuration, training, testing, implementation), leveraging strong analytical skills to identify risks, resolve issues, and coordinate efforts with architects, developers, quality assurance, application engineers.
• Serve both as collaborator and leader, resolving complex and moderate issues related to warehouse management systems and applications.
• Troubleshoot technical issues involving hardware, software, operating systems, and SQL to ensure data workflow between applications
• Analyze data to identify patterns and trends, classify incidents, and propose process improvements
• Partner with developers and engineers to enhance application performance metrics to evaluate team effectiveness.
• Provide business and technical support during normal operations and, when necessary, during off-hours implementations.

Requirements

• A successful candidate will have a background in Supply Chain and Manhattan products that support warehousing and inventory management. Experience in MySQL querying is a plus.
• The minimum years of experience required can be with a combination of the items listed above.
• Preference will be given to applicants with experience in the Manhattan software.
• Lead the implementation and configuration of Manhattan applications, ensuring solutions are tailored to business needs
