About The Role

We are seeking a Marketing Integration, Business Management and Operations Effectiveness Specialist to drive the seamless integration of various marketing teams, enhance effective communication, and support key areas like engagement, collaboration, operational effectiveness, and leadership development.

The candidate will also leverage a data and results-driven mindset to develop and support seamless integration, delivery, and success across key major marketing programs. The ideal candidate is a team-focused manager with proven experience to think strategically, inspire cross-functional teams and optimize cross-functional processes.

What You’Ll Do Here:

  • Facilitate and Improve Operational Integration Across Marketing Teams and Pillars: Collaborate with various marketing teams and subject matter experts, ensuring effective integration of strategies and processes to maximize overall marketing efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Support the Implementation of Operational Effectiveness Strategies: Manage initiatives that support operational effectiveness, aligning goals across teams and ensuring consistent execution of key large marketing programs.
  • Support Large-Scale Marketing Program Integration across the Department: Oversee the planning and integration of large-scale marketing programs, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget while aligning with strategic goals.
  • Manage Integrated Annual and Quarterly Strategic and Resource Planning: Lead annual and quarterly planning activities, consolidating roadmaps and status reports from various marketing teams to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Foster Cross-Functional Communication and Collaboration: Encourage open lines of communication and collaboration among marketing team members, enhancing teamwork and the sharing of best practices.
  • Support Employee Engagement, Effectiveness and Planning: Lead efforts to champion and enhance employee engagement, effectiveness, and support leadership development and education within the marketing team.
  • Engage Stakeholders Across the Organization: Establish strong relationships with peers, internal/external partners, and leaders across the organization to communicate strategies, impacts, and collaborative opportunities to improve ROI.

What You Bring:

  • At least 8+ years of experience in a relevant operations, business management, enterprise effectiveness, cross-functional program management or related field, with a focus on integration and process optimization.
  • At least 5 years of experience in managing, influencing and inspiring cross-functional teams within a fast-paced environment, as a people manager or individual contributor.
  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business operations, project management, or any equivalent combination of training and related experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to work with large, diverse teams and manage complex projects that require integrated collaboration and delivery.
  • Proven experience in business operations, operational effectiveness, and business management within marketing, expertly integrating teams across a multi-disciplinary division.
  • Strong leadership and relationship-building skills that motivate teams and promote effective communication across diverse skillsets.
  • A proactive, strategic, and analytical mindset with a successful track record of implementing cross-functional solutions.
  • Excellent skills in leading and managing annual and quarterly planning, including consolidating, and integrating roadmaps, plans, and operational processes.
  • Excellent communication skills and strong emotional intelligence, able to connect with diverse audiences with potentially different objectives and priorities.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and problem-solving abilities using innovative and resourceful strategies.
  • Open-mindedness and a positive attitude, energized by challenges and organizational transformations.
  • For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
  • No Canadian work experience required, but must have authorization to work in Canada.
