The Advertising Operations Specialist plays a vital role in assisting Customer Success Managers and Digital Advertising Analysts/Strategists with essential tasks related to client accounts by communicating directly with clients, proactively addressing their technical needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction. By taking ownership of client communication and technical support, the Advertising Operations Analyst allows CSM’s to focus on strategic account management and business development activities. Inbound email and chat tasks will be delegated to Technical Account Managers’ to troubleshoot, assist, and resolve with a high level of customer service.  

This is a fully remote, part-time role (20 hours per week) reporting to the Director of Digital Advertising. You’ll have a flexible schedule, as long as your hours fall within standard business hours (8 a.m.–5 p.m. EST).

What You Will Be Responsible For

  • Collaborate with CSMs & Advertising Analysts/Strategists by handling routine tasks and administrative work to provide advertising support to Fullpath customers such as co-op, custom campaigns and other performance-based operational support.
  • Take ownership of performance enhancement tasks triggered by internal monitoring systems such as Google Advertiser verifications and spend monitoring ensuring timely investigation and resolution of potential issues. 
  • Be the point of communication between our clients and partners, while liaising with internal departments such as Implementation, Sales, OEM, and Support, to ensure effective coordination of advertising-related tasks. 
  • Perform a variety of additional technical tasks on our customers’ accounts such as Google Pmax VLA set up and ad template updates.
  • Share client feedback and insights with the relevant teams to drive product improvements and enhance the overall client experience.
  • Support in-program advertising partners and internal OEM team with co-op and other compliance audits as needed.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience working in a support, troubleshooting, or client facing role for SaaS products
  • Experience working with CRMs and modern SaaS tools (G Suite, Slack, Zendesk, etc.)
  • Service-oriented approach with strong work ethic and high energy levels
  • Comfortable making calls to customers in order to speed up issue resolutions
  • Independent problem-solving skills and adaptivity to change
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and collaborate with different departments
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Care for speed and quality of delivery 
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Ability to sit for extended periods and perform extensive computer work, both of which are key aspects of this role.

The Top Candidate Will Also Have

  • Experience in SEM (e.g., Google Adwords, Facebook ads, Bing ads) 
  • Experience with collaborating and working internally and externally with billing and invoicing 
  • Automotive SaaS experience

Annual base starting salary: $29 - $30 per hour depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This part-time position is not eligible for benefits including, but not limited to, health, dental, vision and other insurances, retirement, paid holidays, sick and vacation time.
