Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for a Marcom Global Coordinator to join our global Marketing team. This role is based in our Sofia, Bulgaria site, but can also be performed remotely. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing international events and marketing operations.

What You Will Do

Event Management:

• Plan and coordinate global events and tradeshows end-to-end.
• Oversee strategic planning, venue selection, budget allocation, hotel bookings, and logistics (including shipments).
• Ensure events are executed on time, within budget, and aligned with company objectives.

Operations & Finance:

• Manage invoices, suppliers, and contracts.
• Collaborate closely with Finance to monitor budgets and expenses.
• Ensure accurate reporting and financial accountability for projects.

Marketing Operations:

• Handle marketing-related tasks such as stock and order management, supplier coordination, shipments, and logistics.
• Support marketing initiatives across different locations.
• Assist with analytics, reporting, presentation updates, and strategic marketing projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience in large organizations managing international events and complex projects.
• Previous experience in IT or Tech companies is highly valued.
• Project management and finance experience is a strong must.
• Fluent English (near-native level) – mandatory.
• Experience working with global vendors and suppliers.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, plan ahead, and multitask effectively.
• Comfortable working independently in a remote/home office setup.
• No travel required.
