Job Title: Senior Software Dev QA Engineer, Cloud

Job Requirements

• Hands-on experience testing Identity management solutions in on-prem and public cloud platforms is preferred.
• Maintain and develop automated test scripts for efficient end to end test coverage.
• Proficient automation skills with Python is a plus.
• Familiarity with GUI automation frameworks such as Selenium and Playwright is a plus.
• Good knowledge of Kubernetes for building highly scalable environments.
• Good knowledge of TCP/IP, routing/switching.
• Good knowledge of Linux environments is essential.
• Fortinet and other vendor certifications are a plus.
• A Bachelors in Computer Science or equivalent experience, an advanced degree is preferred.
• Good understanding of monitoring, and logging tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.).

Job Responsibilities

• Create and execute test cases to ensure products assigned are thoroughly tested.
• Develop and maintain automation to run test cases and integrate with CI/CD pipelines.
• Use automated tools to report test case results and track defects to improve quality.
• Build and maintain on-prem kubernetes environment to scale and run automated jobs.
• Work closely with development and Product management teams to understand product functionality and provide feedback to enhance product capabilities.
• Research, analyze, design and review system specifications of customer centric cloud security products

Stay updated on new testing methodologies and tools to always improve the QA process.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $136,700-$176,900. Fortinet offers employees a variety of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k), 11 paid holidays, vacation time, and sick time as well as a comprehensive leave program.

Wage ranges are based on various factors including the labor market, job type, and job level. Exact salary offers will be determined by factors such as the candidate's subject knowledge, skill level, qualifications, experience, and geographic location.
