Senior Manager - IT BRM Central Development (CORS 231)

Qiddiya Investment Company is at the forefront of creating a groundbreaking entertainment and cultural hub in Saudi Arabia. We are currently seeking a Senior Manager - IT Business Relationship Management (BRM) for Central Development to lead our initiatives in aligning technology solutions with our central development objectives. In this strategic role, you will facilitate collaboration between IT and the Central Development teams, ensuring that technology supports our ambitious goals and enhances operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships:
• Act as business agent in the IT and advocate for interests of the business in IT.
• Build trust between IT and the business.
• Understand business needs:
• Co-define, refine and shape business needs, and anticipate business demand.
• Monitor progress:
• Discuss IT project status with business stakeholders.
• Share business feedback with the IT organization.
• Raise business tech awareness:
• Ensure business is aware of IT capabilities and services, and the latest emerging technology related trends that could positively impact the Development business
• Key Skills:
• Stakeholder Management & communication skills.
• Able to manage senior business stakeholders, facilitate discussions, committees and executive reporting.
• Business domain knowledge:
• Possess significant knowledge in the property business domain relevant to the role.
• Technical domain knowledge:
• Have a strong understanding of IT systems relevant to Qiddiya Development business.
• Analytical skills:
• Able to translate business requirements to IT solutions in optimal way and generate business-related insights
• Functional/process expertise:
• Able to shape business IT demand, articulate business technology roadmap and vision, develop business case.
• Have experience in IT project management in relevant industry (e.g., construction, real estate, multi-asset development, local government)

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is advantageous.
• A minimum of 10 years of experience in IT management, with a focus on business relationship management or consultancy roles.
• Extensive experience in business relationship management, business/IT alignment, construction, engineering/property development.
• Proven ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams and stakeholders within a large organization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in engaging senior executives.
