Principal Consultant - HCM Technical

Title: Oracle HCM Technical Consultant

Location: Anywhere in India

Exp Level: 8-10+ Years

Responsibilities:

• Deliver the technical components related to implementation, upgrade, and maintenance of the Oracle HCM Cloud systems.
• Develop HCM Extracts for reporting, analysis and integration with other systems
• Develop Reports using BI Publisher
• Perform data conversion using HDL
• Develop fast formulas.
• Functional understanding of at least two HCM modules including Core HR
• Understanding of Redwood framework.
• Understanding of Journey configuration
• Perform Page personalizations and customizations using VBS
• Migrate existing page personalizations to Redwood using VBS
• Develop integrations using REST APIS.
• Nice to have OIC development skills & experience.
• Nice to have VB development skills & experience.
• Prepare and submit technical documentation.
• Participate in requirement collection discussion with business.
• Manage integration between HCM Cloud and external applications or systems within the organization.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.
• Provide training and support to business users.
• Work closely with the IT team to ensure data security, backup, and recovery plans are in place and effective.
• Collaborate with the Oracle Support on issues that require escalated support.
• Experience of Benefits Conversion is a Must

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience as a HCM technical consultant
• Knowledge of integration tools and third-party applications.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• HCM Cloud functional certifications are a plus.
