Transaction Monitoring Officer.CXCG - MBP.Retail Banking Group

As the Transaction Monitoring Officer, this person’s job is to monitor suspicious transactions, devices and systems, if any, on a shift-based 24/7 schedule. Suspicious transactions are to be escalated, acted upon or the customer contacted to obtain verification. These officers will also provide support in investigation suspicious / fraudulent transactions

1. Monitor transactions on FRMS, FTDH, Enterprise Fraud Management System and any other relevant system working in 24/7 shifts as per the defined schedule
2. Escalate suspicious transactions identified or reach out to relevant customers to confirm or act upon such transactions
3. Coordinate within the risk team for any investigations or data analytics required
4. Advise on the issues faced by customers and discuss the developments needed to improve customer experience
5. Ensure timely reporting within risk 
6. Undertake relevant regulatory reporting
7. Utilize market intelligence to make assessments on transactions 

• 2 - 3 years of experience in transaction monitoring
• Banking experience
• Fraud Risk Management System experience
• Customer handling
• Secondary School Education or Graduate Degree
