Supervising all the activities and functions handling by centralized accounts managements team covering all the Business line's needs (i.e. Corporate, SME's and Personal Banking) List of main Activities;Preparing SOPsRaising any Process enhancement and manage all related URFs / technical tickets Monitoring daily activities and staff KPIs Handling all the internal data cleansing taskforces Corporate and retail Casa accounts ( opening and closing)All types of Deposits All types of Accounts maintenance Staff accountsPayroll accountsInvestment accountsMortgage accountsLoan accounts Correspondent Banks and Financial institutions accounts
- Supervising Agile OKRs
- Report/ Monitor the RCSA
- Prepare the weekly ONR
- Attend the monthly Retail ops Meeting
- Working in Enhance the Daily systems processing e.g. CRM, EDMS..etc.
- Authorize opening / closing all the account types (e.g. corporate, SME's and Personal Banking)
- Authorize opening / closing Staff accounts
- Printing loan chq to all segments
- Discrepant cases handling with branches / direct sales / SME'S and Corporate departments
- Deferral cases handling in term of tracking and following up
- Approved to posting / Remove status provided
- Authorize customer's staff signatures on the system.
- Ensure compliance with CBE regulations and Mashreq bank internal policy
- Control processing of centralized accounts Managements unit (CAM) activities to ensure that policies procedures and delivery standards are met which ultimately should reflect in satisfactory audit rating and acceptable level of customer satisfactions.
- Review account opening forms and other relevant documents to set up maintenance of Casa / Payroll / loans / staff / Mortgage accounts to ensure compliance with OPM / SOPs and Money Laundering guidelines
- Activate and authorize all types of accounts and online banking products and service efficiently to provide value added service and support to marketing and sales teams.
- Independently process request of all critical account Maintenance functions i.e., loans due date change for MB customers and closed Accounts reactivation.
- Coordinate with direct sales / branches/ HO product and service to resolve and fix the gaps and deficiencies identified in the account opening forms customers' requests and other pertinent documents and signatures verification process
- Develop and review unit related systems and procedures to keep the standard operation procedures updates and suggest changes raise URF for changes the system to make them efficient and user friendly in order to enhance the productivity
- Capture and review daily reports critical statistics / MIS for the products and processes related to the functional areas and submit to management for analysis and strategic decisions
- University graduate
- Perfect command of English

- Comprehensive knowledge of general banking activities and online banking products and services through the internet and mobile phones ( as states in job purpose 0 bank policy , procedure , local / international rules and regulations marker best practices related to job
- Conversant with operations system financials / non-financial, internet, banking swift, system and procedure branch related functions etc.
- Strong interpersonal , problem solving , communication , analytical , leadership, and planning skills
