To oversee and manage the credit admin unit.To be responsible for the supervisory review of the credit admin function.To ensure that cases are done as per laid down policies and guidelines of the bank.To ensure required output quantity is met within the desired standards of procedural compliance, completeness, accuracy and consistency.To ensure that exception reports are in place to track quality and errors. To track rework with a view to reducing the same. To ensure that all financial transactions are made on approved documents to complete the disbursement / maintenance.Checking all types of reports on daily basis to ensure all transactions have been passed against the proper documents.

  • Effective supervision of a team of credit admin staff to ensure that all processes are carried out as per the specified procedures.
  • To develop and facilitate the team members in acquiring and upgrading skills and continuously improving the same.
  • To ensure that the department achieves an Acceptable Risk Rating in all internal & external audits.
  • To develop, simplify, automate, improve and implement process changes in order to meet and exceed service level agreements and reduce cycle time.
  • To examine and investigate reported problems to incorporate corrective measurements and solutions by eliminating bottlenecks.
  • To undertake process related projects assigned from time to time.
  • Design, implement and monitor unit MIS statistics.
  • Graduate with at least 3 - 5 years work experience in a Credit Environment or Related Work Experience.
  • Good people management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Should be capable of handling unit responsibilities.
  • Should be a responsible individual who is also willing to readily stretch to meet business requirements.
  • Excellent analytical skills.
  • Good PC skills.
  • Good command of English language.
  • Sound interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge for bank policies and credit parameters.
