As Manager - Core Banking Program, you will manage key sub-functions/deliverables within the Operations Core Banking project’, by proactively driving the delivery of a next-generation Core Banking platform for Mashreq. Individual will be responsible for the end-to-end management (from start of the program till implementation) and timely completion of Core Banking Program for a function
- Support Operations Lead: Assist the Operations Lead in the core banking upgrade system implementation program.
- Operational Process Coordination: Support and coordinate changes to operational processes for a sub-function, driven by the implementation or upgrade of Oracle Flexcube, ensuring configurations align with new core banking functionalities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Oracle Flexcube implementation team to identify, analyze, and address integration of operations products and processes.
- Configuration Support: Adapt operations-related configurations to changes in products, country-specific regulatory requirements, and business reporting needs.
- Testing Plans: Support the development and execution of testing plans, including Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), for all products and processes impacted by the Flexcube implementation.
- Test Case Review: Assist in reviewing test cases related to various products and processes.
- Data Flow Validation: Validate data flows between Oracle FLEXCUBE, retail/corporate channels, and surrounding systems, ensuring accurate mapping, transformation, and reconciliation.
- Data Quality: Identify and highlight data quality issues in the existing system and initiate necessary measures with relevant stakeholders to address these issues promptly.
- Digital Journey and Integration: Suggest approaches for a fully integrated and resilient digital journey and system integrations. Ensure exception processes are defined, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are in place.
- Tech Team Collaboration: Collaborate with different tech teams for required integration optimization and adopt better methods of integration.
- Documentation Review: Support and review Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Specification Documents (FSD), providing necessary sign-off from Operations.
- Master degree with 8-10 years in diverse banking experience with additional Project Management knowledge / Certification or equivalent practical experience
