To drive activation, funding and balances for Mashreq Neo

• Support the design and execution of customer communications to drive account funding and improve fulfilment rates.
• Coordinate with Operations, Business, and Credit teams to track fulfilment performance and identify process delays.
• Monitor daily fulfilment and funding MIS to highlight gaps and assist in proposing solutions to improve turnaround times (TAT).
• Assist in preparing process notes and documentation to support improvements in the fulfilment journey.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of campaigns that encourage customers to fund and activate their accounts.
• Execute customer outreach across channels (email, SMS, push notifications) in coordination with internal teams to achieve funding targets.
• Track campaign performance and assist in reporting budget utilization and provisioning needs to the finance team.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
• 2–4 years of experience in banking, fintech, or e-commerce, with exposure to customer lifecycle management, fulfilment, or funding processes.
• Familiarity with customer communication, campaign execution, and funnel tracking.
• Strong coordination and follow-up skills across cross-functional teams (e.g., Operations, Credit, Business).
• Good analytical and reporting abilities; experience working with MIS dashboards is a plus.
• Proactive mindset with attention to detail and a passion for improving customer journeys.
